Inauguration of Kub France Shkodër at the Marubi Museum

Kub France Shkodër is inaugurated at the Marubi Museum, marking an important step in the development of French-Albanian cultural cooperation. This initiative, part of the strategic KitKubiK project, is led by KubFranceTirana, an operator of the French Embassy in Albania, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport and the Marubi Museum.

For the first time a museum in Albania, Kub France Shkodër introduces immersive cultural experiences through virtual reality (VR) technologies and the Micro-Folie platform, providing access to thousands of digitised works of art from prestigious international cultural institutions, as well as curated content featuring French heritage and art.

This space aims to become a dynamic hub for children and young people, Francophone students, technology enthusiasts, and the wider community of Shkodër, fostering cultural education, innovation, and intercultural dialogue.

Through this project, Shkodra strengthens its role as a cultural and technological reference point in the region, while creating new opportunities for young people to engage with the field of digital culture.
